Mohammed Taiyab is a qualified public accountant and the owner of Tax & Accounting Professionals. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Monash Univeristy, Melbourne.
Mohammed Taiyab started the firm in 2001 and has since been providing a comprehensive range of cost- effective services to businesses from not only the Dandenong area, but even as far away as Queensland. He started his career in 1990 as a Senior Accountant in Public Practice with a chartered accountant firm in Melbourne. In 2000, Mohammed left the firm to start his own Public Accounting practice as Tax & Accounting Professionals in Dandenong, Victoria. Since then he has been providing a comprehensive range of cost-effective services to business and individual clients. He has developed a unique and pro-active approach towards problem solving and management of small scale businesses. He also has extensive experience having served as a board of member for several businesses and community organisations. He has served in the Auditing committee of Manningham City Council in Doncaster Victoria and has been honorary auditor of a number of non-profit organisations. Mohammed is actively involved in community service, especially fund raising for the poor and needy. He is an active member of the "Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants" and the "Institute of chartered secretaries & administrators". He has also been conferred "The Justice of Peace" by the Victorian Judiciary Department for his outstanding services to various communities. He has also been awarded Victorian Governments Community award and International Volunteer Award by the Prime Minister of Australia for his services on the International scene.Phillip has a Bachelor and Masters degree in Science and a post-graduate degree in Financial Services. He assists Mohammed with client services, accounting and training with accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero. Phillip also helps Tax & Accounting Professionals clients design their financial accounting systems most efficiently.
Arzoo is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Tax & Accounting Professionals with the Principal
Accountant.
She is responsible for:
Daisy joined our firm as an accounting trainee on a voluntary basis and now she is a graduate in Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University majoring in Accounting. She is now a staff member of Tax & Accounting Professionals and works as an assistant accountant. She is responsible for the preparation of Business activity statements for clients, preparation of financial statements using MYOB accounting program and liaises with all regulatory bodies and clients.
Najia is a part-time administrative trainee with our firm and studying full time at Monash University pursuing Bachelor of Accounting.
From time to time Tax & Accounting Professionals take in trainees from Schools, TAFEs and Universities.
The office provides a great experience to these trainees and equips them with the appropriate knowledge and
skills to be able to work in large scale firms and organisations nation wide.
Working close to the Principal and other staff members, trainees observe work place practices and ethics to
implement them into their own work.
